The management at IIPER comprises of faulty members with experience as deep as an ocean. They aim at developing students using the wide reservoir of knowledge they have and the practical knowledge they have gained in the past experience in the corporate.

The faculty members at IIPER are a perfect blend of academicians, consultants and also senior executives from corporate. The faculty brings their extensive knowledge and corporate experience to the class room and thereby providing full time services to the students regarding the work style at the Corporate. At IIPER, we also invite the visiting faculty from diverse industries to make their contribution in the teaching specialized subjects to the students. In fact, we also send our students to the various industries across India and Abroad to work on the consulting projects on training and management needs.

The faculty at IIPER is the largest and we provide each class room with a board for the faculty to use for various illustrations. The professors circulate self made notes besides the text books and these material help to relate the bookish knowledge with the current corporate scenario. The faculty linked with IIPER delivers knowledge based on the best of standards and also principles in their lectures. They try to create a friendly atmosphere in the classes to as to make their lecture interesting and also effective. The management team in IIPER comprises of the permanent faculty along with the visiting faculty members who are academically professionally leaders in the corporate. They are well accustomed with the knowledge and also have well to do industrial experience. The faculty members make use of different teaching methods to make the teaching an effective and an efficient one. The students are asked to participate in the case studies, presentations, lectures, projects in house and outside with the consulting firms.

The faculty ensures that the quality education is provided to the students and this is very well reflected in the academic record and placement record of the students. This is only possible because of the extensive efforts made by the faculty to bring in business experience, knowledge gained to their task of teaching in the class room.
